Land clearing is different from removing a single tree in your yard. The scope is larger, the equipment requirements are different, and the variables — density of growth, access, soil conditions, haul-out volume, permit requirements — make it a project that needs to be assessed in person before it can be quoted accurately.
All Pro has done clearing work for the City of Owasso, commercial contractors, and private landowners across the Tulsa metro. We handle residential lot prep, fence line clearing, overgrown rural acreage, and commercial site preparation. Free estimate, quoted per project.
TYPES OF LAND CLEARING
Removing all trees, stumps, and brush from a defined area to prepare for a building foundation, driveway, or landscaping project. Includes stump grinding and haul-out.
Removing trees, brush, and growth along a property line to allow fence installation, restore a property boundary, or eliminate encroachment.
Rural or semi-rural properties where brush, cedar, scrub oak, and secondary growth have taken over a previously open area.
Removing specific trees or species from a wooded area while preserving others.
Larger-scale clearing for commercial construction. We work with general contractors and developers on site preparation within our equipment capacity.
Utility right-of-way maintenance, driveway clearing, and access road restoration.
THE ASSESSMENT PROCESS
A half-acre of open scrub cedar clears very differently than a half-acre of 40-year-old secondary hardwood growth.
Cedar and brush clear faster than large-diameter hardwoods.
Can we get a skid-steer or track loader to the clearing area? The answer changes the cost significantly.
Soft or wet soil limits what equipment we can bring in without causing damage.
How much debris comes off the clearing and where does it go.
Full stump grinding on a heavily wooded lot adds time and cost.
Some municipalities require permits for clearing above a certain acreage threshold.

PRICING
Land clearing is quoted per project based on the assessment. We don’t publish per-acre ranges because the variance in density, species, access, and haul-out makes any published range useless for planning.
FAQ
It depends on the scope and location. Within the City of Tulsa, clearing above a certain threshold may require a grading permit. We’ll flag permit requirements during the site assessment.
We provide a realistic timeline when we quote the project.
Haul-out is standard on most jobs. If you want brush piles left for burning or wood left for personal use, we can accommodate that — just tell us during the estimate.
Yes. If there are any survey markers or boundary questions, have those resolved before the clearing date.
