By accessing or using the services of All Pro Tree Service Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use our services or website.

1. Services

All Pro Tree Service Inc. provides professional tree care including tree removal, trimming, stump grinding, land clearing, and 24/7 emergency tree services. The scope of services and associated fees will be confirmed prior to commencement of work.

2. Estimates and Payments

Estimates are provided free of charge unless otherwise specified.
Final charges may vary depending on site conditions and the actual scope of work.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods include cash, check, or major credit/debit cards. Please note that all credit and debit card transactions are subject to a 4% processing fee, which will be added to the total invoice amount. Returned checks may be subject to additional fees as permitted by law.

3. Insurance and Liability

The Company maintains $2,000,000 liability insurance and full workers’ compensation coverage.
Customers are responsible for disclosing underground utilities, irrigation systems, septic tanks, or other concealed structures.
The Company is not liable for damages resulting from undisclosed hazards or pre-existing property conditions.

4. Safety and Access

Customers must ensure safe and unobstructed access to work areas.
Children, pets, and non-essential individuals must remain at a safe distance during operations.

5. Scheduling and Cancellations

Work schedules are subject to change due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

6. Emergency Services

Emergency tree services are available 24/7. Additional rates may apply for emergency calls.

7. Discounts

Discounts are available to veterans, seniors, and first responders. Proof of eligibility may be required.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our services or website.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of All Pro Tree Service Inc. and may not be copied or distributed without prior written consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Oklahoma.

11. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page.
