Refund Policy At All Pro Tree Service Inc.,
we do not require deposits or advance payments. Customers only pay once the job has been completed to their satisfaction. Because no payment is collected until after services are rendered, we do not offer refunds. If you ever have concerns about the quality of our work, please let us know at the time of service so we can address it immediately.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel or reschedule services with at least 24 hours’ notice at no charge. 
If cancellation occurs with less than 24 hours’ notice, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee to cover labor and equipment scheduling costs.
In the event of bad weather or unforeseen emergencies, we may reschedule services for safety reasons. Customers will be notified as soon as possible in such cases.
