Company Origin
Jerry Laymon didn’t set out to build a tree company. He started doing tree work in 2008 as a side job — something to do with equipment he already knew how to operate, a way to stay busy between other things. Then people kept calling.
What grew from that first year of side work is now a full-service crew covering Tulsa, Owasso, Broken Arrow, Bixby, and the surrounding Greater Tulsa Area region — the same part of Oklahoma that Jerry has lived and worked in since before All Pro existed.
Before tree work, Jerry served in the military. That experience doesn’t come up in sales pitches, but it shows up in how the business operates day to day. Crews arrive when they’re supposed to. Jobs get quoted honestly. When something doesn’t go to plan — and in 17 years, things occasionally don’t — the response is direct.
That’s a harder standard to maintain than it sounds, in an industry where it’s common to win jobs on price and then adjust expectations after the truck is in the yard.

That means quotes are honest about difficulty. It means the crew that shows up is the crew that works for All Pro — not a subcontracted team. It means the stump gets ground even when it’s more complicated than expected.
The business has done project work for the City of Owasso, Community Action Resource & Development Inc., and Golden Rule Industries, alongside several hundred residential jobs across the Tulsa metro.
Most of those homeowners came back for a second job, or sent a neighbor.
The Crew
Several of our reviews specifically mention watching the crew work in unison — five people coordinating a removal over a structure without a moment of confusion. That doesn’t happen with a team that just met.
We don’t subcontract. That matters for insurance coverage, for accountability, and for the quality of the job. When something is done poorly, there’s a chain of responsibility that leads directly back to Jerry. That keeps standards high in a way that subcontracting arrangements don’t.
